Invite your friends to train with you! Small group personal training allows all clients to receive a truly personal training program by training in groups with a rock star trainer who creates, manages and motivates your exercise program. Training squads can be no larger than 5 people so that the coaches can really focus on every member of the group to improve form, teach new movements and ensure that each client gets the maximum from their session. Come and improve your health, fitness, strength and performance while enjoying the atmosphere of group training with your friends.
