This high-intensity conditioning workout on the sand using bodyweight exercises combined with cardio intervals and core exercises is designed to deliver amazing results in no time. Compared to training on firm ground, training on the sand is much harder, but also more effective. This class will challenge you to elevate your fitness abilities to the next level. Xplosive Body Conditioning

Everyone needs to change up their workouts and training once in a while. What a better way to do that than to get outside, leave the confines of the gym, and show up at the park! Challenge your body in this strength and conditioning class that will push your mental and physical stamina. Core training, balance and flexibility are all included to create a total well rounded program. This class combines intense cardio and core exercises for maximum fat and calorie burn and helps build muscle quickly. This class will begin promptly at 9AM at Flamingo Park, and will be lead by Beat The Gym's trainers Anthony Thomas and PJ Venturino JOIN US and let's have some FUN and GET FIT!
