Join Tony on Day 2 of the Beat The Gym 30 Days of HIIT Journey! Everybody wants tone abs. So, today is all about ABS. Most functional exercises and most of my workouts engage the core in some way or form, to keep stimulating muscle growth and abdominal definition. But today is exclusively about ABS. While a six pack is something we all fancy, core strength is so much more than a flat tummy. By strengthening our core we are relieving the spine and supporting the back and all the muscles that surround our spinal cord.Stay determined, those abs will be yours by the end of our 30 day journey!

30 Day HIIT Challenge – Day 3 – Arms of Fleek! | Beat The Gym
Welcome to Day 3 of the Beat The Gym 30 Days of HIIT Journey! Today we are going to sculpt the upper body, no weights needed! We will use a resistance band and a resistance cable to challenge our body. Resistance cables are one of our favorite pieces of equipment to build muscle and allow us to train hard at home and upgrade our workouts. Most important with these exercises is to control the movements and maintain proper form.This is Day 3 – Time to work the upper body, have fun and #BeatTheGym!
